Morning! The weather is nice today. What are you guys doing? I'm planning to pack all my things so that I can go home as soon as possible. ^_^
Aha! Last Saturday and yesterday, I went swimming with sis Farah n bro Pali. Bro Pali taught us on how to swim. I'm really excited! I would like to share what I've learnt. :)
First of all, we were briefed on how to breath. We need to breath in through mouth and breath out through nose. Now we can start swim! Both hands at the back of the head and straighten. Swim! Breath in, then slide below the surface of water with both hands straighten at the back of the head. To make the body stable and not sinking, move the legs left and right alternately. You can see that you are swimming. When you can't hold your breath anymore, stop and rest a bit. Then continue doing that to familiarize yourself. That's all I learnt for basic. Then, the next step is paddle your hands alternately. Just like swimming!
Other than that, I also learnt about water confident. We went to the deeper part of swimming pool and try to get used to water. Afraid, but want to try. So I did what bro Pali told us to do which is take a deep breath then breath out under the water surface. After that, push up until only head on the surface, then breath in again. Repeat the steps until you are confident. ^_^
That's all I did on those two days. Em, I still don't know how to take a breath while swimming so that I can finish the short lap without stopping, like sis Farah. I hope I can learn it next time.
